My toddler son has been wearing these wonderful shoes since he was 14 months old. He loves them! They are perfect for indoors, as the sole is made out of rubber. The shoes are not slippery on the hardwood and carpeted floors and my son enjoys running freely in them around the house. The inside is all cotton and the feet are not sweating. The sole has orthopedic curve and the fastener holds shoes secure in place, which is great for an infant who is just learning how to walk. These shoes were fun and worked well for my daughter until she began to be serious about walking. Because of their soft soles, I was concerned that they would hinder her walking progress since she could feel everything through them. However, these shoes are incredible for infants!!! They do not fall off like many other types of shoes do. The elastic around the ankle is perfect for keeping them on but not too tight. They are easy to put on and take off for adults but not children! Great shoes for pre-walkers!
