These shoes were fun and worked well for my daughter until she began to be serious about walking. Because of their soft soles, I was concerned that they would hinder her walking progress since she could feel everything through them. However, these shoes are incredible for infants!!! They do not fall off like many other types of shoes do. The elastic around the ankle is perfect for keeping them on but not too tight. They are easy to put on and take off for adults but not children! Great shoes for pre-walkers!
